plug and play configuration error

Hi friends
I purchased a Dell notebook of model number 4550 but recently every time i start my laptop gets this message at least 3 times Plug & Play Configuration Error then after that am also getting Press F1 to continue, Press F2 to setup.what this all about i have no idea ??any way to get rid of this?

This suppose to be caused by the BIOS was unable to configure bus-resource. it can be also an interrupt conflict that is not able to avoid i would suggest you to remove some of your non-essential cards and see if it fine .
a defective motherboard also can result a irregularity like this

i would recommend you to perform chkdsk /r,chkdsk /p,fixboot C:
still experiencing the situation shutdown the computer then Disconnect all peripherals except for keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
after some time assembly and reboot

all you need to do is what go into the cmos setup and configure the irq settings for all of your devices.
there may occasion like a raid controller or something that is using the same irq
