Unable to communicate with Primary DNS Server using Linksys E3000 Router

I have purchased a Linksys E3000 Router. I have connected it up to my PS3, laptop, idevice and two visitor laptops on time with no problems. On the other hand, my wife’s tablet will not bond toward the internet. It connects to the wireless network very well, but simply not to the Internet. I keep receiving the similar error "Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server". The Laptop is running Windows Vista SP 2. I did some settings that has mentioned in the Window vista troubleshooting guide and also in Windows help. There were actually 3 solutions but none of them worked at all. So if you have any idea about what is causing this error please let me know.

As far as I know in Windows vista TCP Window Scaling has been enabled as a result of default. If your router does not bear this characteristic, it can reason accidental DNS as well as link errors. This is a frequent cause of vista restricted association errors. Other thing is the Windows Vista enables a TCP Window Scaling preference via default. For the majority computer this is an excellent obsession. On the other hand, if your router does not endure this, it can trouble numerous connections which are bond on your network. This divergence will cause fall packets and restricted connection in numerous conditions.
