why does my mobile broadband always lose the single?
At firstly it can work very well, but if I search the inernet or use the software to see some program online,the light of the mobile broadband thurns red and the software(Join Air 1.0) shows that "unkown".
Today I brought my laptop and the mobile broadband to the computer shop,
the staff said it's because of I installing some theme packege.And reinstall the Join Air ,but the result is the same
I hope someone can help to solve this problem,thank you very much!By the way,my mobile broadband has been unlocked

This seems to be the problem with your Broadband connection not from your end but from the server end. I am having the same problem as in starting i am getting the good speed and connectivity but after some time i started getting bad connection. I will advise you to contact the service provider first and ask then regarding the issue which you are going through and and see whether you are getting the proper solution for same or not.
