My mac book is using Norton Internet security from Comcast. I am also using a Windows PC which too making use of Norton from Comcast. As you know having 2 computers means there must be LAN connection or some other type of connection between them. It is a good thing that both systems are connected each other but there is an issue also. When I start up my Mac the NIS shows me that vulnerability has blocked from the IP address which is situated in my Windows PC. The vulnerability is port scan and the utility is m/mach_kernel. I don’t know why the PC is scanning the Mac ports. Is it the default behavior of Windows while linked with Mac? How can I fix this issue?
