How to counter the Router attack

I have recently purchased a NAS, QNAP Server. Now i have the DYNDNS internet connection and i have preferred to go with the dynamic IP setup on the cable. Now the problem is that its not been few days and i have started facing IP attacks from the various server's. Now this is annoying me. There has been a several IP attacks since then.So from that i started looking at my system more carefully. I have a DLink DIR-655. In all the system, i prefer running with the zone alarm service though its not a well heard name. So after looking at this attacks i have several queries for you. First is that my router alarms me of the incoming banned tcp, udp etc which i can trace it and delete it accordingly. Now there are some outgoing tcp, udp which i am concerned of some i can trace and delete it but not all of them. So i wanted to ask are there any programs that will help me trace the particular tcp and help me in deleting them.

The reason may be due to the packet sniffer. Packet sniffer are the programs that try to follow the ip address when a communication is going to take place or the communication is established. These packet sniffers are a very dangerous elements because they just trace your ip and can communicate with the inside resources of your computer without letting you know. These sniffer packets have to be removed instantly. What you can do is to download the sniffer blocker applications or the software available in the internet free of cost. Just install it in the system and run it. It will help you block all the packet sniffers in your system. Just try with it and let me know if it works.

Actually what you can do is to block the addresses that are trying to connect with your ip address. So what i want is that you are running a zone alarm service in all the systems. Just try making it secure. Make the settings that will block all the ip address from communicating with your ip address. Try making the list of safe IP addresses which are secured. So the router can easily distinguish it from the banned IP address and only allow the safe IP address to communicate.

OK thanks for your help i will do the necessary changes. One thing i need to know about the router is that are there any routers available that will help me import IPT tables and also block the bunch of the list of all the restricted web pages of different countries say for e.g. Russia china etc at one go. With my present router I have to manually enter the IP address through the GUI. So is there any such facility which will allow me to block a bunch of restricted IP pages. If it is there then please help me out.
