Apparently you are not using a very good antivirus hence i would suggest you to use eScan Antivirus 10. eScan checks the spam in a very effective way by using its proprietary technologies such as NILP. The sophisticated anti-virus heuristic algorithm detects constantly harmful unknown ITW viruses and protects the user against zero-day threats. The new on-demand scanner with cache technology is leading to faster Virus scanning and consumes only a few systemres resources.

It appears as you have not update the virus definition of the antivirus application which you are using so first of all i would advice you to update the virus definition of the antivirus application. After the updation of the virus definition you will get rid of the Help assistance virus. I hope that this will fix the virus.
