HelpAssistant Folder and User reappears after reboot

Yesterday i have seen some viruses on my friends computer system. Initially i was not able to repeat an error at the time of using my ISP. But then gradually all the errors have started showing their symptoms. It has Windows XP operating system installed on it. Here are some of the symptoms as follows.
    • Internet Browser gets freeze.
    • Mouse does not responds.
    • HelpAssistant folder and user reappears again and again.

And my Super-Anti Spyware cannot detect any virus on this system.

I think the security features on your system has been affected by the virus on your system. Actually it is basic symptom of any virus that disabling the security features on an infected system. I think you need to use some other anti virus software which can remove the viruses out of your system. It is for sure that there are some viruses on your system because of which your are facing all this problems. I suggest you to reinstall an anti virus software on your system and scan your whole system as soon as it completes an installation.

Here i have provided the Norton anti virus which is good software to secure your system from the viruses. I think you should use the Scan at the boot time feature of this software which scans your computer at the time it gets booted so that no viruses gets chance to disable it. I am sure that this Norton Anti Virus would be able to find out the viruses on your system as well as it would be able to remove them. Click on NORTON to download it.

Whenever your anti virus software is not able to do his job then you must try running your system in the safe mode as it has been seen that Safe Mode of Windows Operating system helps a lot when you want to deal with the viruses on the system. You have to restart your system and then keep on pressing F8 key which takes you to the Windows Booting options where you have to select for Safe Mode with or without Networking. And then scan your system to check that does it detects anything or not.

I suggest you to use firewall on your system as every windows operating system has a firewall as a security feature which scans each and every bit that loads on your system. If it finds even a single malicious bit then you will get notification about the same then you may stop that loading. There are many third party firewalls as well which also works as the same but still it would be better to have two firewalls on your system.

I think the virus have entered in to the registries of your windows operating system as it is creating itself automatically when you OS boots up. There is no other way to remove this viruses out of your system. You may first try to boot scan which scans and removes the viruses at the time of booting the system but if does not helps you then you have to reinstall an OS on your system.
