If your computer is being infected with Win32/Kryptik.AGY continuously, then I suggest you to install a firewall in your system. The quick Heal antivirus that you are using in your system has a built-in firewall, so install the same. When a firewall is enabled in the system, they check for the data that comes into the system. So, if any malicious content tries to enter into the system, they are simply rejected.

It is advised that you be cautious while accepting transfers from the people with whom you chat on the internet if the computer is being infected with Win32/Kryptik.AGY continuously. They can be attackers and after some chatting, they will send some file, which they will convince you to accept. I am suggesting you to be careful while clicking on links to web pages. This is the simplest way that the attackers are using now a days to transfer the infections into the system of the users. This is so because the unsuspecting users do not think while clicking on the links that are provided on the web sites. So, you will have to stay alert and avoid such links. This will help to solve your problem.
