Computer infected with Win32/Spy.Agent.NES

My computer infected with Win32/Spy.Agent.NES and I am not able to get rid of it. I cannot understand how it entered my system, since I have protected my system with Avira antivirus. I need someone suggest me some removal technique of Win32/Spy.Agent.NES. Please recommend a good antivirus that will help me to prevent such infections from entering the system.
