Diagnose network connection problem

Hi there.

I have a problme that i am using windows xp and internet explorer 8. on some web sites i am facing a diagnose connection problem. some times site open but mostly dont.

any body have any idea about it..... ????

Check the Internet connectivity first. It is possible that the link through which you are receiving internet connection is flappy and hence you are getting disconnected. Contact your ISP for checking the Link. Meanwhile try to visit the same website from some other browser say Mozilla firefox or Google chrome and see if the site opens. If the site opens then there is something wrong with IE8 or the preferences which you have set in IE 8.

• Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
• Click Internet Tools on the Windows Setup tab, and then click Details.
• Click to select the Internet Connection Sharing check box, click OK, and then click OK again.
• Follow the instructions to run the ICS wizard.
