Wii Error Code 51331 usually indicates a problem relating to wireless security. Make sure your router’s WEP key matches the WEP Key you entered in the Wii.

Make sure your router’s WEP key matches the WEP Key you entered in the Wii.If your router is using 64-bit encryption, the WEP Key must be 10 characters. It's possible u have extra security on the wireless network that you may have to disable. For 128-bit encryption, the WEP Key must be 26 characters. WEP Keys can only use the characters 0-9 and A-F.

If your WEP or WPA key is correct, then the problem might be related to MAC address filtering.Try to check for correct SSID or your security key, contact admin of network for authentication.
