Removing virus "rootkit.bagle"

I have used the demo software to convert audio file and after that the windows closed for the next restart normally, but without my firewall and my anti-virus and removing the sound also, as explained in the description of this virus the failure mode is disabled, so I use the software "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" in which I made a complete analysis of these hd and it detect the virus! but can't remove it, any other way to remove it?

Have you updated Malwarebytes's Anti-Malware before doing the scan?

Notes various reports of Malwarebytes
Open Malwarebytes's Anti-Malware
Go in the tab Reports / logs
Get me the various reports here that I analyzes

Use System Restore to a day before the problem. if doesn't works then Rather than as you have presumably already run it, run Malwarebytes in Safe Mode - hold down F8 as you boot.
