rootkit - how to delete. dll "hidden"

Prevx CSI shows me these. Dll as infected, and also by HijackThis! I had the note, but it Nonstate delete keys, reappear.

Prevx CSI tells me that to correct that problem must buy a license. There is an alternative way, knowing the name and path, to do it manually? Maybe starting in Safe Mode with prompt?
