I am having quite similar problem with mine. One obsession might be if you place the ram in the incorrect slots, they are supposed to be in the black slots, but not the blue ones. I attempted that with mine and it didn't perform well, but I also make out that two of the three system fan plugs on my motherboard were acting up. When I twist it on the fans will turn up but then they will stop running, they work in the one system fan plug though
