Startup problem on AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core

When I start the computer it is running at over IDE review. Then comes the error message:

    ERROR: System Fan Has Failed!

Service PC to prevent damage the system

    Press (F2) to continue

After pressing the F2 key, he asked whether or normal Win XP start

No matter what I press after 10 seconds, a blue screen so quickly away again is nothing you can recognize it and start again.

    Can someone help me ?

    Thanks

Turn off the PC and press F11 repeatedly until the BIOS screen appears. NOTE: If the recovery by pressing F11 is initiated, then restart the computer and try again by clicking the button immediately after turning on the computer, press repeatedly. If the problem persists, press F1 or F10.

If you read the BSOD even in safe mode can get, you definitely have a hardware problem. Have you recently swapped anything, the PC moves ? There are chances of loose / broken cable of the fan.

Turn off your computer and press the F11 key until the left bottom of the screen is that the Setup menu opens.
NOTE: If the recovery by pressing F11 is initiated, then restart the computer and try again by clicking the button immediately after turning on the computer, press repeatedly. If the problem persists, press F1 or F10.

    A BIOS Setup Utility appears.

    • Press the right arrow button to select the Advanced option (above) to select.
    • Press the down arrow to> hardware monitor to select and then click Command.
    • Press the down arrow to> CPU fan to select and then click Command.
    • Select Disabled (Disabled), and then press the Enter key.
    • Press the down arrow to> Fans review select and then click Command.
    • Select Disabled (Disabled), and then press the Enter key.
    • Press the F10 key and then the enter key to save the settings and the computer to restart Windows.
    • When the Windows desktop appears, download the HP BIOS update again and install it. For more information, see the HP support document Updating the BIOS
