Unity Player does not work with the optimus

Hello friends I have dell xps l701x laptop in which I am using windows 7 operating system and I am facing problem in my laptop. in my laptop I have installed the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online and this games uses unity player. now whenever I try to play this game at that time it does not utilize the Nvida card in my laptop. My laptop have Nvidia GeForce 435M graphics. now please tell me what should I do to solve this issue?

According to me you should first try to solve this problem by reinstalling the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game in your laptop and after reinstalling the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game in your laptop you have to check whether same problem is coming or not.

if other games in your laptop are utilizing the graphic chip in your laptop properly then problem is with the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online only. you have to uninstall the game from your laptop completely and after that you have to install the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game in your laptop again and after installing the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game again in your laptop you have to check whether it makes any difference or not.

if problem is coming with all the game in your laptop then there might be something wrong with the laptop and I will suggest you to try to solve this issue by reinstalling the drivers in your laptop and after reinstalling the drivers you have to check whether same problem is coming or not.

As far as I know this type of the problem sometimes occurs because of the wrong setting in the Nvidia control center and that is why you have to first check whether all the setting in the Nvidia control center is proper or not. if you find any wrong setting in the Nvidia control center then you have to correct it first and after doing that you have to check whether same problem is coming or not.

Well as you have mentioned in your post that I have to reinstall the game in my laptop and after that I have reinstalled the game and after reinstalling the game problem gets solved and all the things started working fine. now the problem is sometimes FPS drops down in the game and it gets comes back to the normal within seconds. is there any way to get rid of this issue?

It looks like problem is occurring because of the drivers issue and that is why I will suggest you to first uninstall the graphic drivers from your dell xps l701x laptop and after uninstalling the drivers delete the temporary files and then install the drivers again in your laptop. now after that you have to install the drivers again in your dell xps l701x laptop and after reinstalling the drivers you have to check whether same problem is coming or not.
