Pen drive problem when connected to TV

    Hi,

I have confused because of the strange behavior of my pen drive. I have 2GB pen drive , when on first I connected this pen drive to my TV it working without any interruption . After this I added some other folder into the pen drive, and when connected to the TV, it was not working. I don't know what to do overcome this problem of connection in between pendrive and TV. If anyone knows the solution then please let me know that.

    Hi Friend,

I think you need to format your pen drive. First for your pen drive then restore the original data which you previously stored in the pen drive. Then again check the connection of the Pen drive and television.
It pen drive is still not working then there may chances that your pen drive comprises the data which is incompatible with the television. Try to change the for mat of the pen drive date in to the format which is compatible for TV.

Re: Pen drive problem when connected to TV

    Hi,

I had gone through the similar issue of Pen drive and television connection. But problem was that some data of the pen drive are accessible via television, but some the pen drive data was not accessible. Somebody told me to check the pen drive with other TV , I checked and found that pen drive is running successfully with other TV. When I contacted to manufacturer of my television , they told that your television doesn't supports some data format, and that's why you are not able to access the data the of your pen drive through television. May be same thing is happening with you also.

Please do the following things to solve the connection problem of Television and Pen drive:

    • If your Television has other USB port, then try to make connection through this USB port.
    • Try to change the pen drive content compatible with the Television.
    • Do virus scanning over your pen drive and then reconnect to the Television.

Re: Pen drive problem when connected to TV

    Hi friends,

I am getting trouble because of the same connection error. I have tried to change the format of the data from the pendrive, but still getting same issue.
When I contacted to TV vendor of my TV, they are saying that television doesn't have problem, this may be happening because of the faulty pen drive. I am totally getting frustrated because of whatever happening. Is anybody has solution on this?
