geforce 7600gs problem

when i play a dvd in from my drive in window media player i get an error message. " windows media player can't play this dvd because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your dvd drive, decoder and video card. try installing an updated driver for your video card. When checking for an updated driver is says i have the latest version. I have tried everything i can think of and can't fix it. the dvd works if i use another video player so the dvd is ok. any ideas would be appreciated thanks .mike

Have you set the region code for your dvd drive or in windows media player? That may cause this problem... Remove the region code if set, this will solve the problem...

install K-Lite codec pack on your pc. Different DVDs/AVIs/MPEGs/whatever will need different codecs,installing k-lite makes every type file playable on your system,
