TV card - Using TV as a Moniter

This is the TV card I have in my computer.

I have an older TV(Only has a coax slot and the RCA) and I think thats the biggest problem, but I want to know if its at all possible to use this TV as a Moniter.

I currently have a 2 side 3 prong RCA cable hooking into both the TV and the TV card but I really dont even know if thats how it's supposed to work, or if this is even possible in the first place lol.

I only have the option of RCA and the coax from the TV, i just want to know if theres anyway possible to pull this off without spending alot of money

I'm not to sure about the tv but I am planning on getting a TV Card to watch tv on the computer monitor. So there will not actually be a TV used at all just the tv signal. I don't know maybe you could do this.
