Moniter turns blank after restarting my computer

After installing an application when i restarted my pc.my monitor is blank and there is no display. i have checked my monitor cables,they are tightly connected. please help me.

It happen sometimes do one thing follow the steps given below and check if the monitor is ok or not

1. Make sure that the Monitor has power and the light is on.
2. Disconnect all devices except for the mouse, keyboard and monitor.
3. Restart your pc and see that the issue is resolved. If it is, then it is one of the devices that you have disconnected that is causing the problem.now try to connect them one at a time and restart each time until the problem occurs. Once identified, just reinstall the device and update the driver to resolve the issue.

hey connect the monitor to a different PC using the problem monitor's power cable. If it still doesn't work, try the good monitors power cable or
try unplugging the monitors power cable, then wait about 20 or 30 seconds and plug it back in.
If none of the above troubleshooting steps does not solve the issue, then it is likely that the monitor is bad.
