A4Tech Webcam does not work in Windows 7

Hello, I have used the personal computer in the last two years. In that personal computer I have attach the A4Tech web camera on it and its model number is PK-635 model. Last two years there is no trouble occurred in this web camera but after installing the windows 7 32 bit operating system the web camera gives so much error message and it doesn’t starts for working. I don’t know the actual issue but I need to solve this trouble. This web camera has so much necessary for in the personal computer. Any type of help would be appreciates.

I also faced the same kind of issue in my web camera. I have already used the web camera and then suddenly after some time I have install the fresh windows 7 operating system into the computer. After installing the windows 7 32 bit operating system I understand that in windows 7 OS there is not inbuilt driver presents in the web camera. Hence the web camera is works very well. Then I have installed the driver of the web camera and after that it works very well. I think you need to install the driver of the web camera.

I think you need to firstly check the configurations of the web camera. I think the A4Tech web camera has the one of the most famous web camera and it works very well. For configuration purpose you need to read the manual of the web camera. After read the manual you understand that the actual trouble presents in this web camera and why it will not works very well. Then firstly read the manual then try to follow the trouble shooting points which will mention in the manual.

I also faced the same kind of trouble during the video chatting on the internet. In that time I had chatted with my friend and after sometime we will not able to view each other because the web camera is not works. Then I have checked the cable of the web camera and I noticed that the web camera cable is cute. So, after that I replaced this cable and now there is no issue on this web camera. I think you need to check the web camera cable and it may be possible that this could be also cute then replace that cable with the new one.

Hey dude, you need to firstly check the cable of the web camera. If the web camera cable is cute at some time then replace it with the new cable. Also you need to install the driver of the web camera. One think also remember that if the driver is not installed well then the web camera will not be works very well.
