    Creative Gigaworks T20 speakers disassembly

In the era of confrontation between the high end of each brand's PC kits , everyone is entitled to wonder if there really been an evolution from previous versions , and if so, whether it justifies the difference costs caused by the novelty of the thing. That is what we propose to do , by comparing the GigaWorks T20 to their predecessors, the MegaWorks ( 550 and 650D ). A small shed in a position clear: the war in upscale opposed to one side, the spearhead of the range of Logitech , the famous Z680 , and the other no less effective MegaWorks 550. Creative today as his opponent pulled a new card in their game: the GigaWorks S750 and Z5500. Please suggest how to disassemble. Thanks in advance.

You can use practice games and viewing movies on computer, multiple audio channels , has led the development of speakers and accessories audio quality. The combination of surround sound decoder DDTS - 100 Speaker GigaWorks S750 7.1 THX certified , implementing the technology from Creative, is a good example. This set of a power of 700 W has enough momentum to be the envy of many sets of home theater .

The DDTS -100 does not include an LCD screen in its place , 28 LEDs ( light emitting diodes ) indicate the selected input , the activity mode audio/ surround sound level and the audio channel. Although we are not particularly this approach , we recognize that the lights are carefully arranged in two columns and are labeled . The front panel , covered with a transparent plastic , also includes six control buttons, a rotary volume control and two headphone jacks.

You need to use DDTS - 100 together with GigaWorks S750 , which are the source of our test . While these components are not the most recent and less elegant than most new sets of sleek home theater . But the solution of Creative offers sound quality far superior to that of many sets of a comparable price. Each satellite reproduces the treble clear . In stereo mode, with analog inputs , all Creative has provided a very satisfying . The overall balance of sound was good and so is the bass . From this point of view, the GigaWorks S750 is more appropriate to music like pop and rock , rich bass .

The system control is via an elegant little box that includes a volume control very easy to use but also a headphone jack and an auxiliary input for connecting eg a Walkman. Only regret that the level control on the bass is housed behind the caisson . To adjust it so it will leave open . The entrance is on RCA sockets , a cinch cord / plug is provided. The system has an operation and an automatic shut-off with a technology that reduces standby power.

The controls are located on the right satellite and are limited to three hits for power and volume control ( + and - ). There are also two 3.5 mm jacks for headphones and especially a line input. The S2 is not limited to the Bluetooth link. You can , for example, connect your music player or other audio source line levell. Adjusting the subwoofer level is at the back of it , makes very acceptable here.
