There is a possibility through which you can make the system to start well. All you need to do is to disconnect the complete devices from the system and as it is been done just plug the power cord and then check whether you are able to get a beep sound when the system is powered. IF you receive a beep sound this means that the system is fine it could be that the issue is with the software.

It could be that the RAM you have attached is not functioning or able to cope with the system board. Try to check out for the compatibility. Also it does happen sometime that the RAM is not proper and not able to function. Replace it other RAM and then check for the issue. I guess it will then process well for you. Try to change the slot and then check for the output ass well. This may help you as well. So check as needed.

Look for the compatibility. I hope you will be able to get sort of the thing and make the essential changes. It would be better that you get the RAM which is suitable. There can be a possibility that you may have installed both RAMS together. So it would be better that you install one RAM and then check whether it is working. I hope that will help.
