I think the solution which I know will going to help you. In this Aero Snap is an innovative characteristic in Windows 7 in which the windows will automatically arrange when moved to the edge of the screen? And the next thing in this is when you drag a window to the left side of the screen, it will automatically dock to the left side of the screen taking half of the screen space. The similar thing also goes for the right side. When dragged to the top of the screen, the window maximizes. So you have to try this I hope this will going to help you in order to get rid from this situation.

You can try that or also follow this path from this also you will get the solution. In that you have to first
    1. Go to the control panel and after this tick on to the Ease of Access link or Ease of Access Center icon.
    2. And after doing this you just choose alter how your mouse works or Make the mouse easier to utilize option.
    3. And doing this you click on to the check box for put off Windows from being automatically approved when moved to the edge of the screen along with the mouse under “create or make it easier to manage windows” section.
    4. And in last just click on to the OK or Apply to make the change effective.

Aero Snap is one of these "cool features" designed for showrooms that craft user’s life miserable. I have also disabled it. You are not able to put little windows on the side any longer devoid of them taking up the whole side, and I am not able to be aware of why you require 3 dissimilar steps to enlarge a window when a simple double-click does the trick, it is not even reliable with the lateral auto-expand, you would expect the window to take all the width, not all the screen. It really seems like somebody is imposing his own customization behaviors to all of Windows users, awful.
