Problem with the KDE interface

I installed KDE 4.2 on my Linux distribution (Debian Lenny here, but I went through the depots and experimental sid). The installation went well, except that there is a blem 'means applis say "KDE" are normal inside windows, but other apps (Iceweasel, FileZilla, Gedit, Geany, etc.) have inside the gray windows, which resembles the inside of windows apps when they are launched as in place of an office manager from gdm / kdm / other.

this is normal uses only KDE apps, they are ugly GNOME ( windows 95 and it is super disturbing)
