Hello, I do not know why for almost a month, it appears the window "Windows can not open this file" on startup. This apparently on OpenOffice, I do not know why it appears that while I was not touched since the time OpenOffice.

I understand what file Windows can not open: it must be the rapid launch of Open Office (which appears in the taskbar at the bottom right when in position). To disable the opening of the automatic start at boot Windows, just to start menu, run, type "msconfig" and disable it at startup.
