HP and Portable USB

I am trying to use a USB key on a laptop that has Vista.
This is a key to 2 gigb U3 Beng buy from the same brand.

Vista does not see this key, he saw the 2 mine (Kingston 8 gig and a small 2 gig Loblaws to buy at $ 10) no way to not be seen by the Vista.

I try that key on my pc 2 ( portable desktop pc) and 2 see ... but not Vista!

At Beng they tell me that is the key with something, but it works fine on my 2 pcs (who win xp)
There was only with the Vista laptop it is not visible ...

She never served! or rather not desired serve with Vista.
I found on the net that the U3 is not Vista compatible ... it is surely because of that they do not want to work on the laptop connect.

I have a USB key Verbatin 2 Gigs and U3 and it works on my laptop is back on Vista for some time and it works fine but for the U3 I do not know I have not tried but only to transfer files everything is A1
