    pavsched.exe is it a virus

No it's not an virus this process is related to Panda AntiVirus software which protects your computer from Internet bound threats such as trojans and worms. I would recommend you should not disabled pavsched.exe, because it is required for essential applications to work properly. This will prevent damage to your computer's registry could be compromising your PC's performance and causing system slow-downs and crashes.
