If you turn your PC configuration in your signature, that we move forward.

On my opinion, this is a configuration problem HD audio driver.
Did you check the properties of the micro Hight definition audio devices for recording? If you have a webcam, micro USB disabled because it is either the one or the other.

You can always try your microphone on another PC to be relieved of your purchase.

Is this not just a bad connection on the PC. Let me explain:
it connects to the computer with 2 males: we must look at these two males taken "because one is slightly striated in red on his end and this sheet with the red should be connected on the "female" pink, and one course in the green socket.

I met your problem at the beginning and it was because I pressed the 2 males taken improperly. Since it works like clockwork.

    Good day.

To check the microphone settings, go into Control Panel / Sounds, Speech, Audio Devices, in icons, choose Sounds and Audio Devices. Click on the "Audio" tab. In the "Audio recording, selected your sound card. (Normally it is Realteck AC 97). By clicking on the tab" Volume ", make sure the microphone volume box is selected.
