    InstallShield Scripting Runtime Error 1607

I was trying to upgrade the palm desktop which has created some problems now. The most recent is the the InstallShield is not running fine on Windows XP. So, if I insert the CD installation disk, then I am getting - 1607 Error: "Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime." I have checked the Microsoft KB article to solve this issue, but the reinstall of the InstallScript engine solution asks me to open the folder "C:\Program Files\InstallShield\Developer\Redist\Language Independent\i386, and double-click Isscrpt.msi." But I dont see this folder? The closest I am finding is under C:\ProgramFiles which is "InstallShield Installation Information" folder, but it will not have the right subfiles? So can anyone tell me where else should I look? Thanks
