Automatic Restarts on Turn Off Computer

My computer is facing problem with shutdown. When I turn it off it restarts on its own. Recently there was some problem when I started receiving blue screen. I had tried ample of things to fix the same. But the system got settle know. The another issue lies is with system reboot. I had checked all the cables and other stuff. Everything looks fine. But still the system is restarting ample of time. I need some help here.

Looks like some kind of problem with Windows XP. You can go in safe mode and try system restore first. A pc usually reboots when it is not getting turned off completely. I will recommend you to simply use windows xp bootable cd to format your pc and install back everything from scratch. That is the most easiest way to get rid of the problem you are facing.
