Changing the loading screen in XP

Can anyone tell me a way to change the image on the loading screen from Windows XP to something different? Thanks for any suggestions

There are many sites around that provides different windows themes including "welcom/log on screens and the XP splash screen". Just try to google Windows XP Start up Screens and you will get plenty of results for same. However, the method is not that easy and if followed properly then you will get the results.
