How do I reinstall ODBC Drivers?

I have a system running with Windows XP Service Pack 2. Today I was trying to run Photoshop Elements Organizer on this PC but every time it gets failed with the following error message:

“[Microsoft]{ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver found”

Once I click OK on this error, program quits and wont start. I tried contacting Adobe regarding the same but they said that the problem is probably due to ODBC drivers might have got corrupt. The only fix they suggest is to re-install entire windows. Well that sounds like weird solution. Can you guys please provide me some another way to fix this ODBC drivers?

    Many Thanks.

Well i will suggest you to better download MDAC Utility from Microsoft Download Center. It is actually a Component Checker tool which will help you determine installed version information and diagnose installation issues with the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC). MDAC is installed with numerous Microsoft products and can also be redistributed using the redistribution program (mdac_typ.exe) that you can download from the MSDN Data Access and Storage Developer Center. You can download the same from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...s.aspx?id=1953
