BootMGR is compressed???

I have a Desktop at home dual booted with Windows XP and Linux. Both systems are working fine since past six months. Today morning when I started and tried booting into Windows XP, just after seconds I received an error message on Black Screen saying:

BootMGR Is Compressed
Please restart Ctrl+Alt+Del

When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, it restarts and comes again to this window. However, there is no problem booting into Linux on the same machine. Infact I’m posting this query by booting into lunux os.

Can anyone of you please help me to fix this BootMGR problem? Many Thanks.

Hello Jack, the only way to fix this problem is by repairing the system. So insert your XP media CD, and press R at Windows XP installation screen to repair the system. For more help you can check these articles:
