Endless Memory Errors - "Application Error ... memory could not be read"

I have a PC that keeps getting these memory errors.
By all accounts, the PC is clean, no virus' detectect, not even a single
    spy/adware detected.
    Ran sfc /scannow.
Yet these application popups continue to persist.
What can I check that I haven't already?

Below I have pasted the application popups from the system event log.
I have also matched those up with some events from the application log.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Perhaps you have questionable RAM. Have you run one of the many memory test
    programs?

    Thanks for the reply Jim,
I have not run a memory testing program, because all the cases I have
researched with similar problems have found nothing when running a memory
    test.
However, it's a good suggestion and it couldn't hurt. I'll give it a try.

    Okay, ran mem test.
    Did not find any errors.
    Any other suggestions?

I also have a similar problem on almost all programs. My computer keeps
on giving me all those errors and the applications end.

    Any help

Re: Endless Memory Errors - "Application Error ... memory could no

I also have been chasing this problem. I have run memory tests, adware scans,
a/v scans - everything comes back clean.

    The errors:
In title bar: "offending program" - Application Error

The instruction at "address varies" referenced memory at "0x00000ba0". The
    memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

The "address varies" portion is not consistant for any program, however it
is consistant after each reboot and starting and exiting iexplore.exe. After
each reboot iexplore.exe will give the same address again and again.

The "referenced memory": 0x00000ba0 is consistant. Every program that causes
this error has the same referenced memory address of 0x00000ba0 everytime the
    computer is rebooted.

The first error on my laptop occurs just after booting up and before logging
into the domain. The offending program is userint.exe

The second error occurs just after logging in by wgatray.exe.

Subsiquent error occur whenever internet explorer is closed.

Other than that, the laptop runs fine.

This sucks... but it is avoidable

I had this problem with many programs at once, so that almost any time i ran a app, the error message popped up. The only way i could find to end this is to end my processes one by one until the error messages stopped appearing. In my case the problem was caused by spyware doctor. The only reason i have heard of for these errors is that a process has had an "unhandled exception" which, in these cases, means that the process has been caught in an infinite loop, consuming all the ram. Aapart from ending the process that's caught, i have found no solution
