Hi John,

It appears you may have multi windows open when trying to install the
update. The following is the definition for the
error:ERROR_INSTALL_ALREADY_RUNNING ErrorClientUpdateInProgress.

Please close out your browsers and try re-installing again.

it downloads but still doesnt install same doenst show up but
downloads them not on install list either fails to instaLL
