"AdvrCntr6.dll is missing" message in Nero 11 Platinum

I was using Nero 10 in my computer and now I am facing problem while upgrading Nero 10 to Nero 11. When I try to enter serial key at that time I get "AdvrCntr6.dll is missing" message. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

As far as I know AdvrCntr6.dll gets installed along with the update installation. You have mentioned that you are getting "AdvrCntr6.dll is missing" message and that is why I wills suggest you to reinstall Nero 11 and then try to enter serial key. now after that you have to check whether same problem get solved or not?

If above solution does not help you to solve this problem then I will suggest you to go to the C drive in your computer and then you have to open program files folder. Now after that you have to open Common files. After that you have to check advrcntr6 folder is there or not?

After referring your solution I have uninstalled Nero 11 in my computer and after that I have installed Nero 11 in my computer. now after reinstalling Nero 11 In my computer also I was facing same problem. I have also open common files folder but AdvrCntr6 folder was not there. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

In my computer when I have installed Nero 11 at that time antivirus software was enabled and after that when I try to entre serial number at that time I get same error message. After that I have disabled antivirus software in my computer and then I reinstalled Nero 11 and then my problem gets solved. if you have antivirus enabled while installing Nero 11 then I will suggest you to disable antivirus and then check whether it makes any difference or not?
According to me after trying this solution your problem will get solve.

Hello friends in my computer I was also facing problem with while entering serial number and then I have installed Nero 11 with antivirus disabled and then when I try to enter key that time I dint get any error. Now only problem I got is with the Nero soundtrax. Whenever I try to open any audio file in Nero soundtrax at that time it crashes. How to fix this problem?

Are you getting this problem while inserting any particular file in Nero soubdtrax or this problem occurs with every audio file? If this problem occurs with every audio file then there might be problem is with the Nero 11 other wise problem is with that audio file only.

I have checked the audio file and it was ok and I came to know that problem is with Nero soundtrax. I have removed Nero soundtrax component from Nero and then installed it again and my problem get solved. now all the things are working like a charm.
