windows downloader in samsung.

i am using samsung phone and however , i needed the windows downloader in my phone, my friends say that it is free, but it is costing around 250 rs . so can you suggest some means to download it from samsung or nay other phone , free of cost. i need a quick reply.

What is the make or model of the Samsung phone that you have? And which windows downloader are you talking about? If you are talking about the Windows Phone 7 or some other version of the Operating System for your phone, then it is not charged at all, you have to check if your mobile phone supports the latest versions of the Windows Phone Operating system in the settings somewhere.

i am not sure abt the model of samsung but i came to know that it supports my phone. anyways, i will surely tell about the further information about it as i dont have it now. thanks for replies.
