Getting error "No Internet Connection" with roxio creator starter in Dell Optiplex 990

Hello friends I am using Dell Optiplex 990 desktop and I have recently formatted my computer and after formatting my computer When I have installed Roxio creator again and then when I have start the Roxio creator at that time I get error "No Internet Connection". Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

Well you have to first make sure that internet connection is OK. You should go to my network places and then selecting view all networks and then disable internet connection from there. Now after that you have to you have to enable the connection again and after enabling the connection again you have to try to open Roxio creator again and then you have to check whether you are getting same error again or not? I think after trying this solution you will not get same problem again and again.

In your computer you should disable antivirus and firewall and antivirus program from your computer and after disabling that you have to check whether same problem occurs or not. I am telling you this because many times firewall can also cause this type of problems.

I have disabled firewall and antivirus and after that when I start the Roxio creator at that time I get same problem. Now after that I have also tried to solve this problem by reinstalling the Roxio in my computer but after reinstalling that also I get same problem. If anyone have solution regarding this then please let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
