Pasting option is not working properly in Excel

I'm cutting a column of cells but when I paste into a word table the data shows as several cells in one cell instead of separating over several cells i.e. I could edit the data into one sentence if I wanted to but they were separate cells in Excel? Sure it is something simple when I know how? Any pointers please?

According to my information this is the installation issue, may be the installation of the Microsoft Excel is not done properly, so I think that you just have to make the reinstallation of this Microsoft Excel and then reinstall it. May the reinstallation is the proper solution for this issue.
