After computer crash, not able to installing the Nero 10 HD.

Recently I have get the computer crash with windows XP and after that I had to reinstall this. And for that reason I lost that all my other software programs including Nero 10 HD. And after the fresh install, when I am trying to install the Nero 10 at that time I get the several errors while doing this thing. And the errors are as:-

• This application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstall to fix the problem.
• Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application
• Error 1731, source package is out of sync with client package.

To get resolve this all errors I have also tried so many times but yet, all the times I get the same error over there. For that reason, I am here to get some suggestion on this topic. Can here anyone suggest me the proper way to resolve this problem?

Here I think that, you are getting this type of the problem only because of you have not done the fresh install of the Windows XP. So, if yes, then try to do the fresh install of the windows XP in your system then after that install the Nero 10 in your system, at that time I am sure that you will get it working properly. And also if you have done the fresh install, then make sure that this install is only from the DVD not from the download one. After seeing on your errors, it looks like that you have executed the MSI directly and not run the complete installer and for that reason, only you are not able to install the Nero 10.

I made a clean install of Win XP however I put in back on the same partion that the original was. I don't know if that was a problem or not. I installed Nero Plat. from a link that Nero supplied me. And in the install process I think I remember seeing something about and msi file ant needing to load prerequisites. But it completed the installation. It was only after I tried to use Nero Vision that error 1731 popped up. Thanks

I am not sure over here that why are you getting this all errors, but I am also agree with the above comment that is you have executed the MSI directly and not run the complete installer and for that reason only you are getting this all errors. And for that reason I will suggest you to run the complete install and after that I am sure that you will get your all problems to be resolve.

Ok, if you are getting this all type of the error then for that I will suggest you to get the c++ 2005 redistributable from Microsoft and then install this in your system. I am telling you this because, I was also facing this type of the problem and for getting resolve this I have searched in the net, and from there I get this suggestion to get the c++ 2005 redistributable from Microsoft. And also let me tell you that you will need to uninstall the Nero, before you are trying to install the c++ 2005 redistributable.

Hey dude, I am also having this type of the problem and for resolving this I have searched in the so many of the other forums but from there I don’t get the proper suggestion about this topic, and while searching I get to this forums and find the suggestion about my problem. I will try with this and if I get some errors over here then I will reply here back about the results. Thanks for that.

Hey all friends, thanks for helping me in this case, I did as suggested type of wilting before seeing your response. In fact, after seeing the suggestion that wither I went to add / remove programs to see if C + + 2005 Redistribute was there and it was not. I remember there was only a fresh installation of Windows and Windows Update if you did not do it yet. It was late and I decided to face this morning, only to discover that Windows Update has installed C + + 2005 Redistribute plus some other files in C + +. So I uninstalled Nero and reinstalled it.ans at the time that worked for me. Loaded fun, but when I clicked on the icon in the Nero Vision of a window came up saying Nero Vision 10 on top and the box that said "Please wait while Windows configures Nero ..." and then presented the vision and seem to work fine until I tried to record an album ACVHD. I thought it might be necessary to run the update for Nero and I did. After you finish all the updates that vision reopened and then I have 2 of the error messages I mentioned in my first post here. No. 's 2 and 3. So I'm back to square one waiting on feedback from your specialist. I hope it's soon.

For that thing I think that you will need to try with the just running the MSI file in the root directory of Nero Suite Platinum HD 10 requires, which is running on the the Windows XP with Service Pack 3 for Windows, at least at least at the Vista Service Pack 1 or Windows 7. I am tell gin you this all things because, I have Vista Ultimate 32-bit, but I prefer to stay with Windows Server 2003 for this particular configuration also for the curious:. Attachments funny look because BMP saved as 16 color I felt it was more. Secure format . Actually, I do not think on my screen.
