No support for Nero ID [5457877001]

Just required somebody at Nero to know to cancel this ticket. I not at all got a reply, there's no clear means to return a message, and through insistence and grit, I have at last managed to obtain "Video 11" to install. I have operational questions at present which I am not able to get.

Not a difficulty. Just didn't want anybody to waste time on an open ticket that's been set on. After examining this error pop up frequent times and closing it out, I at last moved on to the side and let things progress until the install ended. Then moved into uninstall programs, clicked the Nero installation, selected "change", and added the faulty item by that means.

The simple thing to do is un-install the whole of nero from yours add and remove programs. You need a fresh copy of nero for another setup. After installing fresh copy of nero will help solve the issue.
