Different bootable ISO devices for checking stability of the system.

I am a user of UBCD v5RC1, which has been incorporated with prime version 24. I am also using the Stress Linux OS version every now and then, because it also supports the same application. I am really confused about the working of the system would it be just as good as running Prime95 in Windows?
