unable to install wifi drivers in autodesk sketchbook pro 11

Recently I have just purchased motion LS800 with the sketchbook pro 11. Till yesterday I was very happy and things were working absolutely fine. The only problem I am having is with the LAN drivers. I am not able to get the drivers from the motion site. What do I do now? I am having windows operating 7 as my operating system but windows are not installing the drivers automatically. What do I do? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Well as I know LS800 has always been in some or another issues. I had searched and spent a lot of time finding the driver but I couldn’t find it and neither anything worked. Many found the drivers from the internet just by googling on the internet. They were lucky enough to find that but there were unfortunate people too. Why don’t you format your system and install the drivers again. Go for system recovery disc option to recover the original drivers you previously had.

I would suggest you to purchase a cd of the drivers from any cd shop. Or else download the drivers for your operating system from the internet. Just search on the google website there you can find all drivers. Tell me which operating system you are using currently. It is windows 7 operating system right? It could be possible that your drivers are not compatible with the current operating system and hence windows 7 is not downloading it automatically.

I would suggest you to install the windows xp operating system and see whether the wifi drivers are getting downloaded automatically or not. If not then I would suggest you to call the customer support and request them to guide you. I think there is some problem with your system. Kindly mention the configuration you are having so that your problem gets resolved soon.
