Abiword is not working on ASUS Eee PC 2G Surf

I am hvaing couple of ASUS Eee PC 2G Surf netbooks. Well I have installed Abiword on the laptop of mine. this particular is quite useful and really fast while using. However I have noticed an issue with this particular program. Whenever I am typing something I am getting small circle on the screen. Let me know why this particular issue is occurring. Any help on this particular matter would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well looking at the situation I recommend that you should install Microsoft True Type Core Fonts on the computer of yours. if you really wanted to install the same than I recommend that you should Synaptic. Once you have installed the same on the computer of yours then you are going to have all the fonts which are available for all the kind of the applications. I recommend that you should get good antvirus software and install the same on the computer of yours. personally I am suggesting that you should download and install the latest version of Malwarebytes and update the same with the latest version of the virus signature. Once you have installed the same you should restart the computer and perform a virus scan on the computer of yours.
