Is it possible to CUT and SAVE video in VLC?

I am willing to cut a particular video to the specific length or you can say it as the till specific time and then save the same. I have never done the video editing so I don’t know how to accomplish the task. Actually I am using the VLC media player and I want to know whether it is possible to just edit the video while I am playing the same. Have anyone tried the same with their media player and if yes then please help me in this case and then let me know how I can solve the issue. And the other thing here is that I am using the windows 7 operating system and that to over the Intel core i3 processor.

I have gone through the problem that you are facing and it seems to me that I can help you out in this case. So what you have to do here is that just open the vlc media player and then you have to play the particular video for which you are waiting and then you will find the option called as record just click on the same and then the video recording will start. Once the video recording will start you have to just see till where you have to record the video and then save the same. I am sure that it will help you to solve the issue and then you will able to create an video of your own.

Well video editing on VLC media player is still possible and you can really create the video you want by just selecting the instance from where to where. Here you have to just go to the view options and in that you will find the advanced control there you will find a tab called “record a video” just click and then the recording will start after that you just need to save the video wherever you want I am sure that it will definitely help you to solve the issue.

If you will ask me then I will suggest you to install a tool called AVIdemux rather than editing the video on VLC.The power and functionality of VirtualDub are well known. But the interface of the popular software is not necessarily intuitive. Avidemux offers an alternative to editing and encoding video, also free, but a little less confusing for a newbie. Everything is easily accessible: the choice of audio codecs and video, adding filters or previewing video and setting benchmarks for the beginning and end. The software enables video encoding in multiple formats (MPEG, MP4, AVI, OGM ...) using many codecs (H.263, MPEG4, XviD or x264 for video, lame, FAAC, Vorbis, WAV, including AC3 for audio), the creation of projects with multiple encoding jobs, or the addition of many filters (cropping, subtitles ...) with support for scripting. A bit rate calculator and automatic modes for DVD, VCD, SVCD and PSP are also present.

I think you have to install the Virtualdub on your system and then see whether you are able to edit the video that you are looking for. VirtualDub is a utility for capture and video processing. It has capacity of batch processing, enabling it to handle large numbers of files and can also be expanded with additional filters. VirtualDub is mainly geared toward processing AVI files, although it can read (not write) MPEG-1 format and also handle sets of BMP images. I am sure that this video editor will definitely help you solve the issue and then will definitely allow you to edit the video in the manner you want.

I hope that installing the this will definitely allow you to solve the issue. Corel DVD MovieFactory is more than just a writer, it is primarily the software that adapts to the new generation high-definition media. Indeed, from your HDV or DV video camcorder, you can save your files and edit them using the design mode. It is a good way to share with your family or friends your favorite videos and photos. The menu design is very user friendly. Burn and copy all types of discs is made easier by very ergonomics suited to its application Only drawback, it is in English but the graphical interface easier to use.

question Re: Is it possible to CUT and SAVE video in VLC?

You can click the record button to begin/stop a recording; if the button is not visible, go to menu bar, view, customize interface, and drag the button to the bar in the bottom. ¿Does anybody could tell me how to post a question in this site?
