PC reinstalling

Hi,
I am fed up of uninstalling my windows because of it's hanging problem.
It starts with mouse hanging and when I reinstall the driver it starts working properly .
I have a licensed copy of quick heal AV .

No matter what kind of trouble is your computer, someone may tell you to reformat your hard drive, reinstall Windows and applications, then restore your files, photos and music from the backup. Maybe your computer will not start. Or, it may be infected with some sort of persistent malware. Perhaps the Windows blue screen of death each proposed type the word aardvark.
