Need best recovery software

Hello, a strange thing happened with my computer system. Something came into my machine and deleted multiple files and folders, now I want to retrieve and install it pcifilerecovery and Place several deleted files on everything heavier including folders but still missing, but my question is that why my missing files are not appearing. I just want to recover all the files that I have lost and for that I need the best data recovery software. I have used software for data recovery but it is not worth hence I need the best one, so that I can recover all the files that I have lost.

As far as I understand, when you delete a file from a PC, it really makes the operating system is "hiding" the user, then as you go putting new information on your PC, the operating system will occupy those spaces that no longer be used because they are "eliminated." Then recovery programs really do is "show" files that apparently had been removed, but only if there is a chance to recover if already a part of it was written on because obviously it is not possible recovery. In fact, in my limited experience in this regard, I have to use up to 5 or 6 programs for accomplishing this and show me all recoverable only with certain files and almost always the same in a program and another.

I personally have used 2 options: Recover My Files and Undelete. The first is more complete than the second, but takes much longer, can take up to 6 hours to fetch files thoroughly.
