Install VLC in Fedora without internet connection

I have a Dell laptop and i am using Fedora operating system with my Dell laptop. I want to install VLC into my fedora but i got some problem with my internet connection. So can i install VLC media player on my laptop without any internet connection? How can i install it without any error? If there is a someone who have an idea about it then Please help me as soon as possible.
