Unable to install CCleaner on Sapphire 5970 HD 2GB

I am having ATi GPU. When I have purchased my system Nvidia had pulled all their high end graphics cards. It was the 5970 or 2x mid range nvidia's. When I had the installed 10.1 I have updated it with to the 10.5 Catalyst drivers. I have been overwhelmed with the problem that my CCC is not able to load or even start after when I have updated to the 10.6 so then I have not update till 10.7 from the problem has been stated. When I have gone to uninstallation for the 10.5 drivers, I am unable to see the button of remove/uninstall in Add and Remove. Then directly I have uninstalled of the catalyst installer. I have used the Driver Sweeper, CCleaner and CCleaner registry. Also used the Auslogics Registry Cleaner and I have gone to manually check my registry. I removed each and every hint of ATi and its folders from my Operating System. Then I have installed the 10.7 Catalyst total suites as well as the drivers reboot it and since then I have not open CCC. I have just updated to the 10.8. Followed the same ATi cleaning procedure but then also I have still not open the CCC. I have checked the task Manager and view the following application are running but I can't see something related with the ATi. If anyone has idea how to resolve this problem will be appreciated.

As you are using windows on your system, do you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed on to your windows system? Because to install the CCleaner it requires .NET Framework 2.0 installed it on the system. So please check it out on your system that has you installed the .NET Framework 2.0 on your system.

Are you absolutely confident that you have downloaded the 'catalyst software suite' from the AMD site? I think you may have involuntarily downloaded only the driver, without the CCleaner. You should try to install the CCleaner again for the Sapphire 5970 HD 2GB from the Official site of the AMD hope this will help you.

I think you must have .NET Framework 2.0 or you can go for the better one and download the latest .NET Framework and install it. It will work on your system without facing any kind of problems. As you are using a 2GB card with windows XP you have got 1.4 GB of useable physical memory accessible for the programs and such since the video cards memory will take the precedence.

I think that 32 bit windows XP should not even be on your system. You must try to have windows 64 bit as you have got 4 GB of DDR ram and 2 GB for your 5970. Which means that you are trailing nearly three forth of memory accessible if you are running 32bit windows XP and using PAE to resolve the problem is a awful way of doing it as it introduce some severe problem.
